Eliminating Nusiances

It's no secret that one of the biggest deterrents to crime is an organized citizenry. The SDBA's Nusiance Abatement Program has created just such a deterrent. Here, partners from faith-based organizations, businesses, citizen groups, law enforcement agencies and individual residents have come together around a common cause.

The end result is substantial -innovative strategies that build relationships among varied groups to ensure the safety of Southwest Detroit's multi-cultural community.
